Refunds of Physical Kit Purchases

  1. Direct Purchases: Your order is binding upon confirmation via email. Residents of the United States can cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the kit is unopened and not activated. Notification of cancellation must be clearly communicated to us within this period.
  2. International Customers: Customers residing outside the United States do not have a right to cancel their purchase once the kit has been shipped.
  3. Subscription Cancellations: No cancellations are possible for reports made available through your account within 14 days after order acceptance. For subscriptions, this applies from the date of each recurring order.
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 14 banking days. We reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs for services already performed up until cancellation.
  5. Non-refundable Services: Service upgrades and digital products are non-refundable as they begin processing immediately upon order.
